MSN header THING

what's this? ANOTHER submission?
well i AM on vacation...

anyway, i got the new msn and i'm like OMG YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN HEADER THINGIES so i did
and i wasn't going to put this up here, but the quality laid down a DIED on msn so i thought i'd like to look at the actual quality sometimes...

keep in mind that i did this SUPER SUPER fast so it kinda sucks and is CHEESY beyond belief...

i would scrap this, but i don't like scrapping colored things
